Leadership Readiness for High Performers

A comprehensive 1:1 coaching program, designed specifically for senior individual contributors who are preparing for the transition into their first people leadership role. Delivered through 10x 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions, at the end you can expect to have clarity on your leadership intentions, strengths and what style of leader you will be, a comprehensive understanding of your leadership skills and experiences and a plan for any gaps, and confidence in positioning your leadership readiness with the right people through networking and interviews. This program includes a full 34 CliftonStrengths assessment and a debrief of how your Strengths can help you as a leader.

Leadership Confidence for New Managers

This 3-month unlimited coaching program is designed for new managers within the first year or so of taking on their first people management role, to help navigate the challenges of being new to people leadership and making the transition from individual contributor to leader. In as many 1:1 coaching sessions as you need over the 90 day period, topics are set by you and can run the gamut from creating a vision or a detailed plan to building relationships, team culture to exploring your own leadership style and understanding how to use your Strengths in your new leadership role. This is about supporting you in your professional transition and setting you up for long term success as a leader.

Leadership Excellence for Senior Leaders

Executive coaching with an experienced leader and coach who can help you bring more confidence, clarity and intention to your leadership. This is a calm, strategic space to think out loud, gain perspective, and move forward with intention. Whether you’re leading a startup, running a large function, or stepping into a more senior role, my aim is to give you a trusted sounding board to work through the complexity, ambiguity, and personal challenges of leadership. Choose from 6 or 10 1:1 coaching sessions to help you with some specific topics or ongoing coaching partnership for 6 or 12 months for more ongoing support.
