Leadership Confidence for New Managers
This 3-month unlimited coaching program is designed for new managers within the first year or so of taking on their first people management role, to help navigate the challenges of being new to people leadership and making the transition from individual contributor to leader. I’ll support you in whatever you need whether it’s creating a vision, building relationships, developing team culture, exploring your leadership style or understanding how to use your Strengths in your new role.
Leadership Excellence for Senior Leaders
Executive coaching with an experienced leader and coach who can help you bring more confidence, clarity and intention to your leadership. This is a calm, strategic space to think out loud, gain perspective, and move forward with intention. Whether you’re running a large function, stepping into a more senior role or running a startup, I will be a trusted sounding board to work through the complexity, ambiguity, and personal challenges of leadership.
