A comprehensive 1:1 coaching program, designed specifically for senior individual contributors who are preparing for the transition into their first people leadership role. Delivered through 10x 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions, at the end you can expect to have clarity on your leadership intentions, strengths and what style of leader you will be, a comprehensive understanding of your leadership skills and experiences and a plan for any gaps, and confidence in positioning your leadership readiness with the right people through networking and interviews. This program includes a full 34 CliftonStrengths assessment and a debrief of how your Strengths can help you as a leader.

What should you expect from the Leadership Readiness Program?

Through 10x 60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions delivered either virtually or in-person (if you’re based in Sydney), I will take you through a structured program which will help you refine your goals, understand your current position better and plan for next steps. At the end of the program you will leave with:

  • Clarity on your motivations and leadership aspirations through 1:1 coaching

  • A better understanding of what type of leader you are going to be

  • A personalised CliftonStrengths profile and analysis of how your strengths can help you as a leader

  • A full self-assessment of your current leadership capabilities and gaps

  • A leadership narrative and elevator pitch to use in interviews or promotion conversations

  • Real practice through mock interviews and storytelling exercises

  • A strategic, actionable plan for your next step into leadership

Timing is flexible depending on your needs, the sessions can be done weekly, fortnightly or monthly and we can arrange the times around your schedule.
